Shortly after becoming a MiniMed Ambassador in 2015 I applied for opportunity to attend Diabetes Advocates MasterLab as a guest of Medtronic Diabetes, and I was one of 3 selected to attend! Attending this conference was a game changer for me. It introduced me to the DOC, and was the first time I learned about national diabetes conferences. It was truly a game changer.
